  • Doulas are shown to dramatically reduce your risk for intervention and are an invaluable asset to your pregnancy and labor experience. Your birth package can include:

    • 3 prenatal visits

    • unlimited phone/text/email support

    • continuous support through your labor and birth

    • 1 postpartum visit

    • breastfeeding/feeding support and education

    • resources, referrals, community recommendations and more

  • The first few weeks and even months, the postpartum period is a tender and sometimes overwhelming time. Postpartum support can include:

    • newborn care support

    • postpartum healing

    • preparing nourishing meals

    • lactation/feeding education and guidance

    • emotional support

    • a “closing the womb” ceremony

    This is usually hourly care, minimum of 3 hour visits at your home. I offer a variety of hourly packages or you can also just pay per hour if you prefer.

  • Breastfeeding or supplemental feeding is a skill that takes practice and a lot of troubleshooting to find your way. I offer both prenatal and postpartum feeding support which can look like:

    • prenatal feeding prep sessions

    • assessment of latch and oral anatomy

    • hand expression and pumping education

    • recommendations for milk supply, supplementation

    • pain solutions

    • planning going back to work

    • alternatives to breastfeeding

    These visits are hourly, and can be done virtually or in person.

  • Childbirth Prep sessions give parents a range of knowledge over the physiological birth process including birth positions, comfort measures as well as possible interventions that can occur and what to expect based on where you birth (home/hospital/birthing center). Knowledge is power! Together we will create a birth preferences document you can discuss with your care providers. You will leave feeling ready and excited for the big day.

    I offer virtual and in person private Childbirth Prep sessions.

  • Abortion, adoption, surrogacy, miscarriage, stillbirth and more. If you are seeking help with any outcome along the reproductive health spectrum, a full spectrum doula care model might be right for you.
